Ministry of Interior to administer ISI, IB

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has placed Intelligence Bureau (IB) and Inter-Services intelligence (ISI) under the jurisdiction of Interior ministry.
A memorandum issued by the Cabinet Division here on Saturday placed the administration; financial and operative control of both the organisations under the interior ministry and came into immediate effect, in accordance with rule 3 (3) of the business, 1973.-Online
