8th International HR Management Forum from Aug 4

KARACHI: Nutshell Forum and Asian Human Resource Network in collaboration with Professional Employers (Pvt) Limited will organise 8th International Human Resource Management Forum on August 4 and 5 at a local hotel in Karachi. Theme of this year's International Human Resource Management (HRM) Forum is Discuss Strategy - Implement Change - Add Value".
Expressing his views about the upcoming International HRM Forum, Mohammad Azfar Ahsan, CEO Nutshell Forum said "With the increase in competition, locally and globally, organisations should become more adaptable, resilient, agile, and customer-focused to succeed.
And within this change in environment, the HR professional has to evolve to become a strategic partner, an employee sponsor or advocate, and a change mentor within the organisation.
