KARACHI: MCB Asset Management Company Ltd (MCB AMC) is considering merging its affairs into Arif Habib Investment Ltd as a part of its strategy to improve and strengthen its asset management business.
According to a communiqué sent to KSE Tuesday, MCB AMC will start negotiations with the management of Arif Habib Investment Ltd to perform due diligence and work out swap ratios, subject to the regulatory approvals.-APP |
