KARACHI: “Emphasis on equal gender employment opportunities and increased staff strength of female employees is the corner stone of Allied Bank's corporate philosophy and in line with this strategy, we have female employment rate of 11.2 per cent of the total employees of the bank from just 4.4 per cent in the last 5 years.”
