KARACHI: In response to years of documented cases of fraud targeting new immigration applicants, a recent administrative move by Quebec government will now allow only Quebec registered law firms and Quebec registered immigration consultants to handle the so-called Fast Track Immigration process through the province.
Under the new rules, Harvey Simard stands prequalified by default to handle all immigration cases filed through Quebec.
