KARACHI: A day-long Women Mela will be organised here at the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi premises today. This was stated by an official of the Women Development Department, Government of Sindh, on Tuesday. He said that the event is being held in connection with the International Women's Day.
Sindh minister for Women Development, Tauqeer Fatima Bhutto will perform the inauguration of the Mela. Handicrafts of women artisans of Sindh would be put on display at the show. There will also be stalls of eatables, boutiques etc on the occasion.-APP |
