KARACHI: The board of directors of GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan will discuss and approve the scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of Stiefel Laboratories Pakistan Pvt Ltd with GSK Pakistan on July 29, 2010. According to a communiqué sent to Karachi Stock Exchange here Monday, the meeting will also consider and approve the share swap ratio.
