Pak forex reserves now $21.56bn

KARACHI: The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country decreased by $176 million to $21.568 billion as compared to $21.744 billion a week before, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said in a statement on Thursday. 
During the week ending April 14, the foreign reserves held by SBP decreased by $272 million to $16.416 billion against  $16.688 billion last week. 
The net foreign reserves held by commercial banks slightly increased by $97 million to $5.152 billion as compared to $5.055 billion a week before  During the week ending 14 April 2017, SBP's reserves decreased by US$272 million to US$16,416 million. - NNI
